Our house was in need of paint and as the last people who did that work really weren’t the best when it came to painting, we carefully considered the multiple proposals we received. After due consideration, we went with Superior Pro and they did an excellent job with the painting and rot repair. Everybody connected with the job was quite pleasant and easy to work with. The one thing I was most anxious about was painting of the widows as we like to open them up and get fresh air as the weather permits. Much to my delight, the windows came out perfect, operating as well when they finished as when they started. It all comes down to the skill and attention to detail of the painters doing the work and they were excellent. Hats off to the workmen! Great prep, good thick paint coverage on the body of the house, the trim done wonderfully, all in all a most professional job and pleasurable experience. I think the best recommendation we could give is that next time the house needs painting, Superior Pro will be #1 on our list.

Our first project with Superior Pro was to repair and paint our two-story chimney. The original siding was composite boards that the birds kept making nests in. We had it repaired twice before but kept having problems. Superior Pro had an incredibly fair estimate to replace the siding with true HardiePlank, replace the corner boards, seal everything, and paint. They were done in one day, and we haven’t had a problem since. More recently, we needed to paint the rest of our house including some minor wood repairs. Tim was great coming out to discuss and estimate the project. He was very open and honest with recommendations not only for them but work he recommended our normal contractor did before they started work. (mainly repairs to some of our siding) Superior Pro sent out another technician to verify the work and estimate prior to scheduling. They were able to give us paint match options so we wouldn’t need HOA approval. Unfortunately, we ran into a snag on our end to be able to start the project. They do offer interest-free financing through Greensky Financial, but we needed to postpone the project. When I called, they understood completely and canceled without issue. They stand behind their work and treat customers right.

We had our siding, windows, and gutters replaced in our home. It was a larger-than-average project. The attention to detail in all phases of the project – from planning, installation, and painting impressed my wife and me. The craftsmen were there when promised, worked meticulously, asked questions when needed to, did a great job in the finishing aspect. The painting was incredible. Very, very satisfied!! Our 40-year-old home looks brand new now. It increases our resale value double what our investment was. We are already planning to use them for our daughters’ homes and have recommended our friends to them.

Hard Coat Stucco Repair isn’t even listed here as a repair service but it should be! After speaking with other companies, I am so glad that I chose SuperiorPro. First was the sales representative Alicia. She reviewed the job (and even diagnosed that the crack we were repairing was likely caused by improper/missed window caulking at one of our replacement windows some years back that went unnoticed). Then she came in to discuss options and pricing – all very thorough and transparent – no “hard selling”. Sold. Next came the project review team, my shortest interaction, but all good. No surprises. No “oops” discoveries and upcharges. Shortly thereafter I heard from our project manager Dan. Dan told me who and what to expect next (and he remained available to me throughout). Dan sent Paul for our job. I don’t know how many craftsmen they have employed for stucco work, but we’re thankful that we got Paul. Always polite, he arrived early and worked late without ever a complaint or disturbance. Most importantly, he is an expert craftsman who clearly takes time and care with his work to our final and ultimate benefit. A positive experience from beginning to end. I am happy to write this review and recommend them to others.

SuperiorPro is by far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with a home improvement company. You can tell that they care about doing things the right way instead of cutting corners in order to save a dime. Things didn’t go perfect every step of the way but they jumped in and made it right in the end. I will be referring this company to everyone I know without hesitation. You pay a little more with them, but the service is worth every penny in my opinion.
